Comeuppance

(n.) "Just deserts," deserved punishment, appropriate misfortune coming upon one who has earned it.

Ex. As I was crossing the intersection on my bike, the in lady in the red convertible ran the red light and rammed me off my bike, then sped off. "You'll get your comeuppance!" I cried, shaking my bruised and bloody fist. Then I went to Ben and Jerry's for some comfort food.
